Cancellation Policy
Quidle.in believes in assisting its customers to the greatest extent feasible, and hence offers a flexible cancellation policy. In accordance with this policy:
Cancellations will only be considered if they are made within 24 hours of the order being placed. However, if the orders have been conveyed to the vendors/merchants and they have begun the process of shipping them, the cancellation request will be denied.
Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be cancelled.
No cancellations are accepted for products obtained by the Quidle.in marketing team for special occasions such as Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, and so on. Because these are limited-time specials, cancellations are not allowed.
Please contact our Customer Service department if you get any broken or defective consumer durable or nondurable merchandise. The merchant will, however, consider the request once he has checked and determined the same at his end. Within one day of receiving the products, this should be notified.
If you believe the goods you received are not as described on the website or meet your expectations, you must notify our customer care within 24 hours of receiving them. After investigating your complaint, the Customer Service Team will make an appropriate conclusion.(7-10 )business days would be required to process the refund and credit the funds to the customer’s bank account.
Refund Policy :
Orders that have been delivered and accepted by the customer are not eligible for a refund. If you believe your order is not as specified, please contact our customer service staff within 24 hours.
