Heart Hoya (Hoya kerrii) Plant is a very lovable and caring gift for your special someone or a super cute addition to your space. This heart-shaped beauty is also called the Valentine plant /Sweetheart Wax plant.

It not only symbolizes the heart but it also touches the heart by their lustrous green tropical succulent vines. Every plant is initially a little 5-inch heart-shaped leaf. When placed in a basket, eventually they grow into a bushy vine of green hearts.

Native to Southeast Asia the Heart Hoya plant is a wonderful gift for the special one on Valentine. This is a type of hoya plant with thick, succulent heart-shaped leaves. Like the other Hoya variants, it also makes good low maintenance, easy going indoor plant.

The plant is slow-growing in nature but when planted in a hanging basket it can eventually turn out to be a bushy mass of hanging hearts. It can also give contrast blooms during summers.
